Join Tiffany & Co. as an Industrial Planning Intern to optimize reporting and support planning processes in a hybrid NYC role.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Review day-to-day processes and existing reporting within the Industrial Planning team.
  • Enhance or create new reporting/tools to support departmental goals.
  • Learn, evaluate, and document the monthly Industrial Planning process and identify opportunities for efficiencies.
  • Identify improvements to reporting related to open orders, past due items, new product shipment schedules, supplier metrics, and high jewelry reporting.
  • Create clear, easy-to-use reports for regular use by the Industrial Planning team.
  • Support SOP documentation, testing, validation, and propose improvements.
  • Assist in communicating SOPs to cross-functional teams and generate visual process presentations.
  • Demonstrate safety leadership by adhering to workplace safety policies and providing constructive feedback on safety behaviors.

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Currently enrolled in a Business or Supply Chain curriculum program.
  • Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word.
  • MBA students are preferred.
