Job Summary</strong><br>Sets up and maintains digital customer records and provides administrative support for the Technical Service Center and Manufacturing & Industrial Sales Team. Provides service and support for internal and external customers via primarly phone support.</p><p><strong>This position is remote however the employee will be required to work pacific time hours, 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.</strong></p><p><strong>II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities </strong><br>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.</p><ul><li>Conducts routine data maintenance of sales, web, landfill, Visor and company landfill systems.</li><li>Performs data entry into WM systems.</li><li>Performs quality assurance reviews of account setups.</li><li>Prepares customized bills, exports from WM systems, and various letters and correspondence upon request.</li><li>Prepares volume and revenue reports for sales reps and customers.</li><li>Supports billing inquiries or special bills.</li><li>Coordinates waste profile renewals.</li><li>Maintains electronic and hard copy filing systems.</li><li><strong>Provides customer support via phone</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>III. Supervisory Responsibilities</strong><br>This job has no supervisory duties.</p><p><strong>IV.
