Position Summary<br><br>Contractor<br><br><em>Remote<br><br></em>Work you'll do<br><br>This role will serve as an Industry Subject Matter Expert (SME) Contractor in a supporting capacity to Deloitte project teams, providing corporate governance and entity compliance expertise within the context of an investment manager / asset manager. The individual will leverage specialized knowledge to support delivery set-up and execution, address client needs, and help integrate industry best practices into project deliverables.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities -<br><br></strong><ul><li>Provide specialized corporate governance and entity compliance support to help Deloitte project teams meet project objectives within an Asset Manager context </li><li>Conduct in-depth analysis and share expert insights on trends, challenges, and opportunities impacting entity compliance and governance </li><li>Develop and refine client-ready reports and presentations communicating findings, implications, and recommendations </li><li>Collaborate with Deloitte team members to embed industry best practices into deliverables and working materials </li><li>Support development of strategic plans and solutions aligned to the client’s operating environment </li><li>Provide SME support during client meetings and workshops by addressing governance and entity-compliance questions </li><li>Support delivery set-up by advising on the end-to-end entity lifecycle, operating processes, and cross-functional dependencies within an investment manager<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Qualification –<br><br></strong><ul><li>10+ years of experience in U.S. entity compliance and board support within the context of an Asset Manager / Investment Manager</li><li>Strong knowledge of the entity lifecycle (formation through ongoing compliance and governance support) within an investment manager environment</li><li>Understanding of delivery lifecycle expectations within an investment manager and the cross-functional dependencies that impact entity compliance</li><li>Demonstrated ability to produce client-ready reports and presentations and communicate effectively with senior stakeholder.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualification –<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience working in a large law firm or other service provider supporting investment managers</li><li>Experience with HCue as an entity management platform</li><li>This position is 100% remote, with preference for Northeast U.S. candidates (NYC strongly preferred).<br><br></li></ul><strong>The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $155 - $165 per hour.  The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.<br><br></strong><strong>Candidates interested in applying for this opportunity must be geographically based in the United States and must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship</strong>.<br><br><strong>We do not accept agency resumes and are not responsible for any fees related to unsolicited resumes.<br><br></strong><strong>Deloitte is not the employer for this role. <br><br></strong><strong>This work is contracted through a third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.<br><br></strong>#Remote<br><br>Expected Work Schedule<br><br>Approximate hours per week<br><br><strong>About Deloitte<br><br></strong>Our inclusive culture empowers our people to be who they are, contribute their unique perspectives, and make a difference individually and collectively.
