We assist customers who are required to install an ignition interlock device to regain their driving privileges after a drunk driving incident. We have a diverse sales force of professionals working remotely from across the country.

Last year our products stopped 255,000 start-up attempts by drivers who were legally intoxicated. Our sales roles have paid training and guaranteed commissions for the first 90 days. Average annual pay for the Sales Associate position is between $75k - $79k. Top earners can make over $100K per year. Commissions are uncapped in this position.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 1PM-9:30PM Central Time (CST) (11AM-7:30PM PST, 12PM-8:30PM MST, 2PM-10:30PM EST,) one Saturday or Sunday every 4th week.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • In-bound and some out-bound calls to and from prospective customers (B2C) who need our product
  • No cold calling
  • Listen to customers’ needs and address concerns
  • Communicate pricing and collect the initial lease payment
  • Upsell additional products that serve the customers’ unique needs
  • Follow-up with customers in a timely manner

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Remote work experience preferred but not required
  • Highly motivated, goal oriented, commission driven sales professionals
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1 or more years of experience with in-bound sales, or a commission-based retail sales position
  • Ability to really listen to customers and understand their needs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Attention to detail and strong follow through
  • Comfort with using all Microsoft Office programs
  • A 30 WPM minimum typing ability
  • Must reside in the United States
