This role is responsible for identifying qualified prospects, initiating outreach, and coordinating early‑stage conversations that contribute to our broader growth strategy.</p><p>The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable operating within structured systems. ISO Campaign Sales Operators deploy The Mor B.A.C.Q Group’s sales engine inside client organizations and are responsible for full‑cycle sales execution, including outreach, qualification, follow‑up, and closing.</p><p><br></p><p>Operators earn:</p><p>• 15% commission on the first five (5) closed deals each month</p><p>• 18% commission on every closed deal after the fifth within the same month</p><p>Additional micro‑incentives may be available for generating fully qualified opportunities that meet predefined criteria. There is no base salary; compensation is tied directly to closed revenue and measurable sales outcomes.</p>
