Job Summary

The Elite Job is looking for a skilled IT Help Desk Support Representative to join our growing team. As a remote support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations. You will work closely with employees and clients to resolve IT-related concerns efficiently while maintaining high customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, and chat.

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues remotely.

  • Guide users through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures.

  • Log and track technical support requests, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.

  • Install, configure, and update software applications.

  • Assist with system updates, patches, and security measures.

  • Maintain IT documentation, including troubleshooting guides and FAQs.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and communication throughout the support process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.

  • Experience troubleshooting common IT issues, including software installation, network connectivity, and system performance.

  • Proficiency in remote desktop tools and IT support ticketing systems.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT help desk support or a related role.

Working Hours

  • Flexible work schedule with 8-hour shifts (Monday to Friday).
