<p><b>IT Lead Analyst - Workday Finance Integrations </b></p><p><b>Location: Greater Chicago, IL/ Virtual</b></p><p></p><p><b>Position Overview:</b> </p><p>Camping World & Good Sam is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Lead to join our team to oversee the technology platforms and applications that support the company’s financial and accounting operations. The Workday Lead – Financial Integrations will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining seamless integrations between Workday and various internal and external financial and accounting systems. This position will manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and enhancements of Workday finance and accounting platform integrations including Accounting Center/Prism. The Workday integration Lead will also collaborate with stakeholders to implement system improvements and ensure data integrity, performance, and compliance within financial systems. This role requires a blend of financial & accounting expertise and strong IT acumen to align planning & implementation with the organization’s technology strategy and supports strategic decision-making. Champion our methodology to ensure consistency of service and completion of all milestones and deliverables to plan.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li><p>Lead the integration of Workday Financials with other Apps and play a critical role on integration development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of these interfaces.</p></li><li><p>Develop integration strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and business units to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.</p></li><li><p>Analytical approach to solving system issues including understanding system interdependencies and fully utilizing the Workday integration toolset to build robust integration solutions.</p></li><li><p>Design and build integrations using Workday Orchestrate, Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, PECI, XSLT and other integration tools while adhering to best practices and industry standards.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with system integrators, IT, and Finance SMEs to design and validate financial accounting data flows, event-to-accounting mappings (using Accounting Center), data pipelines into Prism for analytics and reporting, etc.</p></li><li><p>Lead discovery sessions to identify integration opportunities, propose enhancements, and implement improvements to streamline data exchange and business processes.</p></li><li><p>Develop and support integrations, including specifications, design documents, testing plans, and deployment of various types of integrations.</p></li><li><p>Assist with data migration, including validation of COA mapping, balances, journal conversions, customers, suppliers, assets, and historical datasets.</p></li><li><p>Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.    </p></li><li><p>Stay current with Workday updates and industry trends to provide innovative solutions and enhancements to existing integrations.</p></li><li><p>Provide leadership and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures for service delivery, including development of templates, documentation of best practices, contribution to the knowledge base, etc.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches as necessary.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.</p></li><li><p>6+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Financials integrations and Accounting Center/Prism, with a deep understanding of Workday Orchestrate, Studio, EIBs, PECI, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transformations, Workday Packaged Integrations, XSLT, etc. and Workdays integration architecture.</p></li><li><p>Experience with at least 2 full life cycle Workday Finance integrations. </p></li><li><p>Experience in using Developer tools such as Oxygen, Postman/SOAP UI or its equivalent.</p></li><li><p>Expert knowledge of Finance processes, Workday Data model and infrastructure, and best practices in Finance system integrations, HR integrations, etc.</p></li><li><p>Prior experience managing a team of integration specialists, demonstrating effective leadership and team collaboration.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in integration technologies such as REST APIs, SOAP, XML, and Web Services.</p></li><li><p>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve integration-related issues.</p></li><li><p>Workday certification in Workday Integrations and Studio (strongly desired)</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</p></li></ul><p><b>Pay Range:</b></p>$124,900.00-$182,100.00 Annual<p><span><span>In addition to competitive pay, we offer Paid Time Off, 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, Good Sam Roadside Assistance, discounts, paid parental leave (if eligibility is met), Tuition Reimbursement (if eligibility is met), and on the job training opportunities. </span></span><span>Full-time associates are offered a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision and more!
