Requirements:

  • Must be 18

  • Must have at 1 year of experience running a team, preferably in the food industry

  • Must be a good coach to develop team

  • Must be coachable

  • Must have experience in dealing with customer and employee issues

  • Must be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing
