Currently we are looking for a Junior Client Onboarding Specialist based in South Africa to join our Onboarding Team and help us deliver our solutions to customers in a quick and seamless way! Interacting with clients worldwide, colleagues who are experts in hospitality and travel-tech and being constantly exposed to our technology will provide you with a great opportunity to become an expert in dealing with a diverse set of stakeholders, develop your hospitality domain experience and tech skills.

Daily activities:​

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process,
  • Deliver all onboarding tasks to an exceptional standard, ensuring projects go live on schedule,
  • Ensure clients enjoy a seamless and positive onboarding experience,
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on assigned projects,
  • Collaborate with team members to support the achievement of company goals.


Requirements

  • Previous professional experience in a hotel or a software company within the hospitality sector, with a solid understanding of daily hotel operations,
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities,
  • Basic knowledge of the onboarding process in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model and the hospitality industry,
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with fluency in English,
  • Guest-centric mindset and an international mentality,
  • Willingness to work remotely full-time,
