About the Role đŸ’Œ

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and collaborative Customer Success Manager (Enablement) to join our growing Customer Success team. Your mission? To ensure our French customers get off to the best possible start with Sendcloud and drive real, measurable impact throughout their journey.

You’ll act as both a product expert and opportunity hunter—removing friction, unlocking features, and creating pathways for success. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Product to ensure that our customers (and our CSM team!) are fully enabled to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing 🧐
  • Enable and activate customers during their journey, ensuring smooth onboarding and product adoption. Provide excellent onboarding through calls, meetings or e-mails.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and surface them to our commercially focused team for follow-up.
  • Manage high-volume customer portfolio, with the goal to improve retention.
  • Serve as a key connector across teams:
    • With Sales: ensure seamless onboarding and customer handover.
    • With Marketing: support campaigns, launch new features, and host webinars.
    • With Customer Support: step in on escalations involving feature enablement or complex setups.
    • With Product: be the voice of the customer—relay insights and feedback.
What We’re Looking For 💗
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, SaaS, or e-commerce.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience as Customer Success, Account Manager, Customer Service Agent, or other customer-facing roles.
  • Commercially driven mindset—experience with upsell, renewals, or opportunity spotting.
  • Comfortable navigating complex setups and cross-functional challenges.
  • Fluent in French and English; another language is a plus.
  • You’re based in the Netherlands and eligible to work here.
