Junior Integrator / Executive Assistant (Remote, Part-Time, W2)

The Pitch: Don't Just Assist. Build.

  • You are looking for a remote role that offers legitimate stability (W2 Salary, 401k match, Vacation) but allows you the flexibility to live your life. You are a process-thinker who loves organizing chaos, but you don't want to be a "Solo VA" juggling 5 different clients.
  • I am a Visionary Founder running 4 connected businesses. I am looking for a "Founder’s Integrator"—someone to work directly with me to unlock my time, co-architect new ideas, and keep our multi-company operations organized.

The Dynamic: You Are Not Alone

We already have a Senior Business Integrator ("Melissa") who runs the company Financials and our Monday.com architecture. She is fantastic, but she is at capacity running the team. I need you to run me. You will be mentored by Melissa on our systems, but your focus will be on the Founder. You are the bridge between my new ideas and the company’s execution.

What You Will Do (The 5 Core Lanes):

  • Co-Architecting: We will spend 3-5 hours a week on video calls (Mind Mapping, brainstorming). You will take my verbal ideas and turn them into clear SOPs and Project Plans.
  • Guardian of Energy (EA): You aggressively manage my calendar, handle personal/business travel, and ensure I have "Deep Work" blocks. You protect my time from noise.
  • The "Verifier of Truth": You act as my liaison. You spot-check project boards and financial reports from our 4 companies to ensure the data I see is accurate.
  • Financial Vigilance: You don't need to be an accountant, but you must be comfortable reading a P&L and checking QuickBooks dashboards to ensure the numbers make sense and building/managing spreadsheets that organize the numbers correctly.
  • Monday.com Power User: You will manage my personal project boards, ensuring automations work and tasks don't slip through the cracks.

About The Aimful Companies (Your Future Team) (

We are a family of brands based in Brookfield, WI, united by a single mission: Uniting Purpose + Direction in Real Estate. We don't just buy houses. We operate a complete ecosystem:

  • Sell Now Wisconsin: We provide ethical solutions for home sellers.
  • Milwaukee REIA: We run the premier education community for investors in the region.
  • REIA Hard Money & Arc Capital: We lend the capital that revitalizes neighborhoods.

Why this matters to you: You won't be bored. One hour you might be helping us organize a REIA event, the next you are checking the data on a Hard Money loan or assisting with a property acquisition. You will learn the entire real estate business from the inside out, working directly with the Founder (Eric) and our Senior Leadership.

The Schedule & Location:

  • ~20 Hours / Week: This is a long-term, fractional role.
  • Remote: Work from anywhere, as long as you have high-speed internet and US Culture fluency.
  • Availability: You must be available for scheduled video syncs between 11 AM – 4 PM Central Time. Outside of those blocks, your work is asynchronous.

The "Unicorn" Benefits Package: Most part-time remote roles are 1099 with zero safety net. We are different. We want a pro who stays for the long haul.

  • Pay: ~$600 per week (Salary, W2 Status).
  • Retirement: 401k with 100% match on the first 4% (Immediate vest).
  • Time Off: "Unlimited" Responsible PTO. We don't track hours; we track results. (We take work-life balance seriously).
  • Bonus: Annual All-Company Trip (when company goals are met—we have hit this every year since inception).

Who You Are:

  • You know EOS: Or you are willing to learn it fast.
  • You are Tech-Forward: You use AI to solve problems. You know your way around todays best online resources and Monday.com (or can learn it in a weekend).
  • You are "Data Skeptical": When you see a spreadsheet, you double-check the formulas.
  • You are Assertive: You are comfortable telling a Founder "No" if it protects the company's focus.

Pay: From $600.00 per week

Benefits:

  • 401(k)
  • 401(k) matching
  • Flexible schedule
  • Paid time off

Application Question(s):

  • What is the single most useful tech tool, AI hack, or productivity trick you have discovered in the last 6 months? Please explain, or bonus- record a video (1- 3 minutes) teaching me exactly what it is and why I should use it. Paste the link to your video here. Use loom, google, or the screen recorder of your choice.
