Project Manager (PMO) - Transition Team

Contract: Operations Performance

Location: London, E14 9SH (role open to candidates based anywhere nationally)

Hours of work: 37.5

Contract Type: Permanent

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PMO) to support the delivery and operationalisation of our Transition Process Model (TPM) across UK&I contracts.

In this role, you will ensure our transformation concepts are delivered effectively and consistently, using structured governance, best-practice principles and robust project frameworks.

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, detail-driven professional capable of managing multiple programmes, projects or workstreams.

This role requires upholding agreed standards and ensuring clarity, accountability and strong stakeholder engagement throughout all phases of transition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage processes, systems and tools to ensure adherence to TPM governance.
  • Manage account-specific programmes, projects and/or workstreams within a business change programme.
  • Work closely with the account PMO to ensure robust governance and utilisation of the ISS Project Management
  • Framework, systems and processes.
  • Support best practice and knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Produce accurate project plans aligned to ISS requirements and contract objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day delivery activities in line with the agreed project plan.
  • Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are met.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder management, escalation management and strong communications for each initiative.
  • Deputise for the manager or Senior PMO when required.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Proven Project Management or Project Coordinator experience within the FM industry.
  • Strong data analysis, report design and presentation skills.
  • Experienced in project management tools such as MS Project and/or Monday.com.
  • Educated to degree level or holding relevant accreditation (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently, anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Highly skilled in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Capable of building credibility and strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Positive team ethos with a focus on delivery and continuous learning.
  • Fluent in English; an additional language is an advantage.
  • Experienced working in diverse, multicultural environments.
  • Able to exercise discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
