As the Lead Analyst, HR Technology, you will serve as the technical leader for the design, development, and ongoing optimization of GXO’s ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform, including Employee Center Pro. You will partner closely with HR, IT platform owners, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric solutions that support GXO’s global HR roadmap.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Lead the technical design and architecture of HRSD solutions, including HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Center Pro, and Lifecycle Events
  • Develop, configure, and customize HRSD using ServiceNow best practices, including advanced scripting (JavaScript, Glide) and Flow Designer
  • Build and maintain custom Employee Center Pro widgets and pages using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and React as needed
  • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and external systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Kronos, Cornerstone) using Integration Hub and APIs
  • Provide technical leadership through code reviews, platform security enforcement (ACLs), and performance optimization
  • Partner with HR stakeholders, Business Analysts, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Lead HRSD upgrades, remediation efforts, testing, and ongoing platform maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure platform stability and performance
  • Configure and support Employee Center Pro, Virtual Agent, mobile applications, chat, surveys, and related HRSD components
  • Drive adoption, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing with HRSD business owners and junior developers

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent related work/military experience
  • 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience
  • 4+ years of dedicated experience supporting ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
  • Expert proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Glide scripting
  • Strong experience building custom workflows, scoped applications, and integrations using Flow Designer and Integration Hub
  • Proven ability to manage platform upgrades, security standards, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

It’d be great if you also have:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD (CIS-HRSD)
  • Experience with ServiceNow GenAI features and dynamic translations
  • Experience supporting global, multi-country environments with GDPR and data privacy considerations
