Your primary goal will be to build a comprehensive content strategy that drives engagement, education and grows participant confidence in their unique financial journey, while ultimately contributing to the company's growth and success through strategic content initiatives.</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></span></p><ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and implement long-term education strategies in line with individual participant personal investment marketing objectives. Identify target audience personas, content themes, and journey-specific content support. Establish consistent content themes across audiences and broaden activation strategies to all relevant media.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with internal and external resources to produce high-quality, engaging content in various formats. This includes articles, infographics, webinars, videos, podcasts, and social media posts. Identify partnership opportunities with content creators or featured presenters for speaking engagements.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Apply content to multiple distribution channels to enhance content reach and visibility. This includes email newsletters, webinars, video and podcast distribution, social media platforms, and focused SEO initiatives. Use creative thinking to identify new opportunities for content distribution.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Execute educational marketing journeys. Ensure all content is optimized for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), resonates with the target audience and meets brand expectations and strategic goals.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Regularly analyze and report on content marketing performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools. Use insights to refine strategies, optimize content, and drive continuous improvement.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate closely with the participant education content team and cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, sales, product development, and the Principal.com product owners.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to inform content strategies and maintain a competitive edge.</span></li></ul> <br><h3 class="jdheading"><strong>Who You Are</strong></h3><br><br><ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">6+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in a B2C environment.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">4+ years of experience in marketing strategy within managed services in the Financial Services and/or Fintech industry, with demonstrated experience supporting financial education content strategies for wealth management, personal investing, or financial advice offerings.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Advanced knowledge of multi-channel content marketing including social platforms, video distribution, podcast distribution and search optimization. </span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Project and time management skills required for working within a fast-paced, nuanced business; must be able to juggle multiple projects and timelines at once. </span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Solid strategic and critical thinking skills. </span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical skills and familiarity with content analytics tools.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms is a plus.</span></li></ul> <br><h2 class="jdheading"><strong>Salary Range Information</strong></h2><br><br>Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. <br><h3 class="jdheading"><strong>Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)</strong></h3><br><br>$104400 - $150000 / year <br><h3 class="jdheading"><strong>Time Off Program</strong></h3><br><br>Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
