Develop and implement risk management and internal control processes that align with company objectives and regulatory requirements. Lead and oversee the assessment and identification of potential risks within various business operations. Develop and maintain a risk register to track and monitor identified risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance and identify any potential issues or gaps. Communicate risk findings and recommendations to senior management and provide guidance on risk management best practices. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management and internal control processes. Provide training and guidance to team members on risk management and internal control procedures. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure the company's risk management processes remain current. Continuously evaluate and improve risk management processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Lead and mentor a team of operational risk and internal control specialists. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to risk management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Participate in cross-functional projects to identify and mitigate risks.
