Manage and resolve customer disputes related to billing, offering exceptional service and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Develop and maintain insightful dashboards to present key data to leadership and other internal partners, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement streamlined solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve overall service delivery. Conduct thorough data mining to extract relevant information, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights that support business objectives and drive performance. Deliver end-to-end billing support services, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the financial integrity and success of AT&T Connected Solutions. Lead and manage projects related to billing support and data analysis, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.  Utilize SQL and Python coding. Utilize Excel, along with advanced experience in other Microsoft applications such as Office 365 and SharePoint, enabling effective data management and collaboration. Use Power BI, capable of creating dynamic, interactive dashboards and visualizations that drive business insights. Utilize billing platforms and methodologies, ensuring accurate billing processes and effective resolution of billing issues. Manage customer inquiries and disputes to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.</p><p></p><p><i>REQUIREMENTS: </i>Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Computer Science and 3 Years of experience in the job offered or 3 Years of experience in a related occupation utilizing SQL and Python coding; utilizing Excel, along with advanced experience in other Microsoft applications such as Office 365 and SharePoint, enabling effective data management and collaboration; and using Power BI, capable of creating dynamic, interactive dashboards and visualizations that drive business insights.</p><p></p><p>Our Lead Technical Consultant 1s earn between $155,000 - $ 196,100 yearly.
