About the Role

We’re hiring a LinkedIn Outreach Agent to support our business development efforts by engaging with decision-makers on LinkedIn and booking qualified meetings for our team. This role is ideal for someone who is active on LinkedIn, confident in professional communication, and consistent with follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Send daily LinkedIn connection requests to relevant prospects (founders/CEOs/decision-makers)
  • Use provided messaging templates and personalize messages when needed
  • Handle basic conversations professionally and move prospects toward a meeting
  • Fix and confirm meetings (handover to our sales team)
  • Maintain a simple tracker: requests sent, accepted, replies, follow-ups, meetings fixed
  • Follow process, quality guidelines, and daily activity targets

Eligibility Criteria (Must-Have)

  • Active LinkedIn user with 300+ connections
  • Good written English/Hinglish (professional tone)
  • Strong consistency: can do daily outreach + follow-ups
  • Comfortable speaking with senior professionals online
  • Willing to focus on outcomes: meeting booked is the key KPI

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, recruiting, or sales support
  • Basic understanding of B2B services / technology / SaaS (not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel trackers

Performance Expectations (KPIs)

  • Daily outreach activity (connections + messages)
  • Reply handling and follow-up completion
  • Meetings fixed per week/month (quality matters, not spam)
