About the position

As a Live Shopping Moderator, you operate behind the scenes in real time while the host is live. You are responsible for: Managing product pins Answering viewer questions rapidly Driving urgency in comments Deploying promotions Monitoring performance metrics Supporting the host in maximizing conversions You must be fast, sales-minded, and highly detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Review weekly Run of Show (ROS) strategy
  • Log into platform resources 1 hour prior: Desktop streamer app & live dashboard, Seller Center, Moderator handle
  • Load product set
  • Pre-set eligible promotions (coupons, flash sales, GWP)
  • Pin and rotate products strategically
  • Respond to comments in real time
  • Deploy flash sales, giveaways, engagement tactics
  • Support host with sizing, feature, and FAQ answers
  • Monitor engagement + purchasing trends
  • Push one planned CRM message if available
  • Record KPIs within 30 minutes into master tracking doc
  • Screenshot dashboard + send to Slack
  • Upload 1–3 minute screen recording recap
  • Participate in optimization discussions
  • Advising on sizing and fit
  • Speaking confidently about fabrics, styles, and comfort
  • Helping viewers purchase confidently
