We're harnessing the power of short video and livestreaming to create engaging shopping experiences that seamlessly integrate e-commerce and entertainment.  </p><p><strong>Livestream Strategist, TikTok Beauty </strong></p><p>We're searching for a highly creative and experienced Livestream Strategist to launch, develop, and lead a brand-new, talk-how style, TikTok Beauty livestream series.  </p><p>The ideal candidate is a TikTok Livestream expert and a Beauty expert. You'll be responsible for every aspect of our live shows, from initial setup to strategy development to performance optimization. Goal-setting breakdown and strategy for each live; work with BD to update product database/manage inventory, confirming product info/pricing/inventory level with seller; work with creative producer and ads team to finalize rundown (product order/strategy); making real-time decisions during lives; providing livestream recaps with data analysis </p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li><p>Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute the overarching strategy for our new TikTok Beauty channel, encompassing both shoppable and non-shoppable content. Define the channel's unique identity, tone of voice, and content pillars to resonate with the target audience. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Channel Development: Lead the end-to-end creation and launch of the TikTok account, including account setup, profile optimization, and initial content seeding. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Content Ideation & Calendar: Generate innovative and engaging content ideas aligned with beauty trends and our brands’ objectives. Create, manage, and maintain a comprehensive content calendar, ensuring a consistent and diverse posting schedule. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Community Building & Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to attract, grow, and retain a highly engaged community. Monitor comments and messages, leverage trends, and maximize events to foster meaningful interactions and drive fan engagement. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay relentlessly up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends, features, and algorithms within the beauty industry. Proactively identify opportunities for creative content and strategic collaborations. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Performance & Analytics: Set clear goals and KPIs for channel growth and engagement.
