Housekeeper / Server – Summer 2026

Season: June 1 – October 1

We’re hiring a Housekeeper / Server to join our small lodge team for the summer 2026 season. This is a seasonal position at a remote Alaskan lodge where teamwork, consistency, and attention to detail truly matter.

Our guests return year after year because of the care our staff puts into every part of their stay. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well with others, and understands that being part of a small lodge team means showing up every day ready to contribute.

What the Job Looks Like:

  • Serving guests during breakfast and dinner

  • Dish washing during meal service

  • Cleaning the kitchen

  • Helping with other lodge duties as needed

This is a team member position where everyone pitches in and supports one another.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong attention to detail. We have set a high bar with our guests, and we want to keep that high standard.

  • Team-first mindset. You’ll be working closely with the same small group all season.

  • Positive, professional attitude with guests and coworkers.

  • Ability to work independently during the day while staying accountable to the team.

  • Reliable, punctual, and consistent throughout the season.

Previous lodge or seasonal work is a plus, but not required.
Applicants must be 21 years or older.

Schedule & Commitment:
  • June 1 – October 1

  • Lodge operates 7 days a week, and all staff members work 7 days a week for the duration of the season

  • This position is best suited for someone looking for a focused, immersive seasonal work experience

Pay & Benefits:
  • Monthly salary plus tips

  • All meals and housing provided

  • Transportation from Anchorage to the lodge provided

Staff Housing:
  • Double-occupancy staff cabins with two private bedrooms, shared bathroom, and living space

  • Cabins include Starlink WiFi, satellite TV, and 24/7 electricity

  • Staff may enjoy select lodge amenities during scheduled downtime

Life at a Remote Alaskan Lodge:

Working here means being surrounded by Alaska’s wilderness, long summer days, and a close-knit team. While there is limited time off, many staff find the experience rewarding because of the strong teamwork, clear expectations, and the chance to spend a summer fully immersed in a unique Alaskan environment.
