About the position

The Analyst, Omni Fulfillment and 3PL Distribution Management is a critical individual contributor responsible for ensuring a seamless, best-in-class delivery experience for our members from order placement through delivery. This role will integrate strategic planning with operational execution, focused on warehouse operations management, rigorous performance analysis, and proactive issue resolution across our 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) and Distribution Center (DC) partners.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key partner in managing the operational performance and consistency of multiple 3PL Distribution and Fulfillment partners and\\or sites
  • Apply fulfillment data to identify opportunities for optimizing the 3PL network, including recommending volume transitions, onboarding new partners, and defining service coverage (e.g., zip code adjustments)
  • Create and provide in-depth analysis for weekly business reviews and Monthly/Quarterly performance cadences with 3PL partners
  • Proactively identify gaps, develop business cases for system enhancements, and drive continuous quality improvement across operational systems, policies, and the final-mile delivery process. Support the development of standards for handling critical order scenarios (e.g., aged orders)
  • Work cross functionally with apparel production teams to coordinate shipments of apparel inventory to and from the 3PL fulfillment site
  • Take full responsibility for daily proactive monitoring and resolution of complex sales order fulfillment and integration issues
  • Research and troubleshoot operational and systemic issues, including aged order processing, Inbound\\Outbound problems, delivery failures, duplicate orders, and SKU mismatches.
  • Diagnose root causes and partner cross-functionally to develop effective preventative solutions impacting members, 3PLs, and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with internal teams (Technology, Finance, Supply Chain, and Member Support) to ensure optimal sales order flow across E2E systems
  • Assist in defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and designing reporting dashboards. Partner with 3PL Managers to monitor and ensure SLAs are met
  • Support the resolution of escalated inbound requests and other troubleshooting issues. Follow up on the backlog of aged orders impacting member experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Analytics, or a similar field required
  • 2 years of professional experience in supply chain/logistics, e-commerce, Direct to customer fulfillment, or a similar technical/analytical role
  • Proficiency in Looker required, with comfort in managing large data sets
  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Meticulous attention to detail and extremely well organized
  • Ability to progress smoothly between working autonomously and collaboratively
  • Willingness to adjust to shifting priorities and rapid changes in a fast-paced environment, always emphasizing superior customer satisfaction
  • Strong ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization
  • Willingness to travel
