About the position

The Loyalty Marketing Specialist in a hybrid role (Monday- Wednesday in office, Thursday-Friday remote) that plays a key role in managing the tactical operations of our loyalty program, executing campaigns from start to finish, and delivering insights to optimize performance. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating across teams to drive neighbor engagement and retention. This team member must possess strong attention to detail and top-notch problem-solving skills to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Crafting Unforgettable Journeys: Build meaningful journeys that make our neighbors’ experience simple, rewarding, and fun during all stages of their member lifecycle.
  • Pioneering Innovation: Lead the way in testing and launching new technologies and process enhancements that elevate our loyalty program and set new industry standards.
  • Driving High-Impact Campaigns: Spearhead engaging campaigns from inception to execution, including creative submissions and audience segmentation, to build excitement and foster stronger neighbor relationships.
  • Creating Actionable Insights: Identify metrics and KPI’s to analyze promotional performance results and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Championing Neighbor Satisfaction: Support Neighbor Services by troubleshooting tickets and collaborating with Marketing Technology and cross-functional teams to diagnose and correct issues.
  • Managing ad hoc projects and assignments as needed for business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving and innovation mindset.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proven organizational, project management & presentation skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication, with attention to detail.
  • A desire to learn and grow marketing acumen in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • 1+ years’ experience in loyalty marketing and measuring and managing program performance is a plus.
