<p><strong>Get hands-on finance experience – support real business decisions that make a difference to our tenants and communities.</strong></p><p>We're a housing association, here to provide safe, affordable homes and to build stronger communities across the Midlands. And we're offering students the chance to intern in our Commercial Finance team - where you'll gain practical experience in management accounting and finance business partnering, learning how financial insights help drive positive change for tenants.</p><p><strong>Summer Internship: </strong>8-10 weeks between 15th June –August 2026</p><p><strong>Your Role:</strong></p><p>You'll apply your academic knowledge to real-world challenges – working alongside Finance Business Partners and Management Accountants and gaining insight into management accounting, budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring.
