Overview

A Day in the Life: As the Manager of Asset Controls and Systems, you will lead the strategic oversight and continuous improvement of enterprise asset management platforms. We’re looking for a forward-thinking leader who can collaborate with executive stakeholders, drive cross-functional initiatives, and lead change management efforts that enhance operational efficiency and system performance. You will serve as a key advisor on asset system strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

The target starting rate is $75K, actual salary will be determined base on experience.

Remote opportunity unless within 25 miles of Estero or Atlanta locations.

What You’ll Do

  • Executive Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership to align asset system strategies with broader business objectives. Present insights, influence decision-making, and support enterprise-level initiatives.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Analyze complex asset management challenges, identify root causes, and develop innovative, scalable solutions that improve system performance and data integrity.
  • Change Management: Lead change initiatives related to system upgrades, process redesigns, and user adoption. Develop communication and engagement plans and training strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Asset Lifecycle Management: Collaborate with business units to define and document system requirements that support asset lifecycle management and compliance.
  • Workflow Optimization: Design and refine workflows that streamline asset tracking, reporting, and control processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Lead UAT planning and execution to validate system functionality and ensure business needs are met.
  • System Support & Enhancement: Serve as the primary point of contact for system users, providing support and identifying opportunities for system enhancements and automation.
  • Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs to promote user adoption and system proficiency. Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and procedures.
  • Project Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams to deliver system implementations and enhancements on time and within budget, applying project management best practices.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with software vendors, ensuring service level agreements are met and system updates are effectively deployed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in asset management systems and processes.
  • Strong knowledge of platforms such as EAM, HMP, Carrent, VAW, and DASH Fleet.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with executive stakeholders and lead strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in change management, including training, communication, and adoption strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in project and vendor management is preferred.
