The Manager of Content Operations will be a key member of the Yahoo Finance content organization, reporting directly to the Head of Content. This role ensures that our editorial, video, audio, and social teams operate with clarity, efficiency, and alignment as we build a modern, digital-first finance brand.

This individual will manage priority initiatives, streamline workflows, coordinate cross-functional planning, and help ensure that Yahoo Finance delivers timely, accurate, and high-quality content across all platforms. They will be a central connector between content, product, revenue, business development, and other key partners across Yahoo.

What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with the Head of Content to manage high-priority initiatives, including tentpole editorial planning, data and performance reporting, budget management, and content roadmap execution.

  • Serve as a primary liaison between the Yahoo Finance content team and cross-functional partners such as Product, Revenue Strategy, Business Development, Marketing, and PR to ensure alignment and clear communication.

  • Organize and coordinate priorities across the full content ecosystem, including editorial, video, audio, newsletters, social media, and design.

  • Lead strategic, ad hoc projects on topics such as talent planning, platform prioritization, content expansion, audience development, and workflow optimization.

  • Build and maintain sustainable processes for content planning, production tracking, publishing workflows, and cross-team communication.

  • Conduct research and assist in planning for new content formats, creator collaborations, and emerging opportunities in finance media.

  • Support partner and vendor management across key tools and platforms, including content management systems, analytics platforms, social distribution tools, and data providers

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, high-performing digital content, media, or operations environment.

  • Experience in content workflows, project management, or production operations across multiple formats (editorial, video, audio, social).

  • Strong understanding of digital media consumption and an interest in finance, markets, and business news.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across a wide range of stakeholders and disciplines.

  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a solutions-focused mindset.

The compensation for this position ranges from $110,625.00 - $230,625.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
