If you're enthusiastic about working in an environment with a people-first culture and an organization committed to good living, good food and good service, we'd love to talk to you!</p><h2>Primary Responsibilities</h2><p>The Manager of Customer Experience & Commercial Strategies plays a key cross-functional role supporting initiatives that connect Commercial strategy with Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and Customer Experience. This role helps translate commercial needs into executable solutions that improve customer onboarding, sales execution, fulfillment performance, and enterprise planning. The Manager will independently lead small projects and support larger, cross-functional initiatives led by senior leaders. Strong project management, analytical, and change management skills are required.
