The Opportunity

Step into a role where creativity meets strategy. As Manager Digital Brand Media at Designer Brands, you'll be the architect behind how millions experience the DSW brand across the digital landscape. This isn't just about managing ads-it's about shaping the narrative of a beloved brand in a space that evolves daily.

You'll oversee a $30M+ annual media budget, giving you the freedom and responsibility to make bold decisions that drive impact. From paid social to streaming audio, digital video, and emerging platforms, you'll own the full spectrum of brand-building media channels. What You'll Be Doing

You'll lead the charge in creating and optimizing media strategies that resonate with customers and elevate the brand. Here's how:

Channel Ownership & Strategy

  • Manage end-to-end paid media programs across:
    • Paid Social (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)
    • Connected TV (CTV), Online Video (OLV)
    • Streaming Audio, Display, and other upper-funnel channels
  • Set strategy, allocate budgets, and ensure performance aligns with business goals
Agency Leadership
  • Guide an external agency team in day-to-day execution
  • Provide strategic direction and ensure campaigns deliver measurable impact
Campaign Planning & Creative Collaboration
  • Develop seasonal media plans that align with brand initiatives
  • Partner with creative teams to produce compelling, on-brand content that drives results
Testing & Optimization
  • Design and execute testing roadmaps to validate channel performance and incrementality
  • Continuously refine strategies based on insights and emerging trends
Performance Analysis & Storytelling
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal partners
  • Maintain weekly spend and demand projections to inform business decisions
Education & Partnership
  • Share best practices and thought leadership on digital media within the organization
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact
What You'll Need
