<p>The Manager of Operations and Services , organizes, leads, controls, and coordinates the delivery of services in the area of insurance tracking outsourcing.  Manages several mortgage clients and units and provides leadership to a large number of associates.  The Check Recon unit is responsible for overseeing cash and cash follow-up functions related to disbursement insurance premium and claim payments.</p><p><b>This is a remote role in the U.S with a schedule of Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00pm EST.</b></p><p></p><p><b>What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?</b> </p><ul><li><p>Multi-tasking, managing competing deadlines, recognizing and offering solutions to process gaps or inefficiencies and driving delivery of expected results.</p></li><li><p>Providing input on staffing, budget analysis, and process improvement initiatives while managing to productivity expectations, Key Performance Indicators, and client contract expectations.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate a solid understanding of HR policies and regulatory requirements, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.<br>Manage employee relations matters and compliance protocols, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.  Delegates these responsibilities to supervisory personnel as appropriate.</p></li><li><p>Implement and execute employee engagement strategies.  Provide coaching and constructive feedback to team members to support team development and operational consistency.  Offer guidance and support to direct reports, while independently resolving issues and escalating when appropriate. </p></li><li><p>Coaching, motivating, and engaging employees in high-pressure environments.  Proven ability to lead, develop and mentor others to drive department's success.</p></li><li><p>Ability to influence beyond direct reports and collaborate cross-functionally across the organization.  Develops and cultivates a strong working relationship with other functional areas within the organization.  Understanding their goals and objectives while balancing the priorities of all parties involved in order to meet the business objectives.</p></li><li><p>Strategic alignment, decision-making, problem-solving, and the ability to analyze data to drive efficiency and improvement.  Takes corrective action as necessary.<br> </p></li></ul><p><b>What are the requirements needed for this position?</b> </p><p></p><ul><li><p>Strong background in financial oversite of cash.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business) or 4 years or insurance operations management experience</p></li><li><p>Three years management experience</p></li><li><p>Computer knowledge; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?</b> </p><p></p><ul><li><p>Experience driving strategic initiatives to completion<b>.</b></p></li><li><p>Experience managing internal and external relationships that may include clients and vendors<b>.</b></p></li><li><p>Strong verbal and written communication, for both internal and external stakeholders, including presentation skills and messaging at the executive and/or client level.</p></li><li><p>Expertise in cash management oversite; preferred knowledge of general ledger and reconciliation functions. </p></li><li><p>Direct Experience in leading other leaders.  Experience in managing large numbers of associates.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of finance, banking, and mortgage.</p></li><li><p>Process Improvement, such as, Lean Certificate, Six Sigma Methodology, etc</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Pay Range:</p>$64,900.00 - $108,200.00<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>If there is no posting end date listed then this is a pipeline requisition, and we will continue to collect applications on an ongoing basis.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>Helping People Thrive in a Connected World</span></b><br><span>Connect with us.
