Responsibilities

  • Direct line manager for the Executive Casino Host team
  • Achieve measurable goals and objectives with the Executive Casino Hosts, including maintenance, retention, development, and acquisition
  • Execute the regional comp strategy and internal guidelines
  • Ensure Executive Casino Hosts maintain close ties with high value guests through personal contact
  • Handles difficult guest situations in a calm, professional and prudent manner
  • Responsible for leading the Executive Casino Host Team to meet and exceed VIP goals and KPIs
  • Utilize data reporting when running daily operations
  • Work with their direct line manager to continually examine and evaluate monthly and quarterly KPIs while providing recommendations based on the results
  • Establish an effective working relationship with all operating departments and understand departmental and company policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership and oversight to Executive Hosts through regular recognition, coaching and feedback to enhance their performance
  • Carries out managerial responsibilities in accordance with departmental and company policies
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by Department Leadership
  • Pro-active management style that looks beyond problems and current practices to develop solutions to maximize the effectiveness of the department

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or work experience equivalency
  • Previous experience managing casino hosts team or equivalent
  • Proven experience in online gaming, customer service, concierge, luxury telemarketing or other account management
  • Sales driven, computer literate with an emphasis on Excel, excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
  • Detail oriented with effective time management skills and the ability to produce results while working under pressure
  • The ability to work independently, offer top tier customer service and identify customer trigger points
  • Analytically curious with the ability to think outside the box to resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Excellent knowledge of gaming and the gaming industry
  • Experience hosting customers within a Hospitality environment, preferably within a casino environment
  • The ability to travel and attend company sanctioned events
