We strive to provide an exceptional employee experience and ensure our talent strategies align with organizational goals. <b>The Talent Partner will play a crucial role in supporting and executing on the talent strategies for the Pratt & Whitney organizations based primarily in Singapore, China, New Zealand, and Turkey. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying strategies, tools, and initiatives often developed at the RTX / Pratt & Whitney level while adapting them to meet the specific needs and requirements of local teams or regions.</b></p><p></p><p>Our Talent Partners are customer-focused, collaborative, innovative and driven; they build relationships and act as a thought leader on talent and organizational strategy. This includes focusing on succession planning, employee retention, career development and engagement. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Management – Commercial Engines and is responsible for partnering with the Pratt & Whitney business and HR leaders in region, as well as other Communities of Expertise across P&W.
