As a manual tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the VA Cerner system by meticulously testing its functionalities and identifying any issues. Your efforts will directly contribute to the successful deployment and operation of the VA Cerner system, enhancing healthcare services for veterans.</p><ul><li><p>Execute manual testing procedures to validate the functionality of the VA Cerner system.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data based on system requirements and specifications.</p></li><li><p>Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand system requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.</p></li><li><p>Participate in test planning, test execution, and test reporting activities.</p></li><li><p>Provide clear and concise feedback on test results and work closely with the development team to resolve issues.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with testing standards and best practices.</p></li><li><p>US Citizenship required to Obtain and maintain Public Trust.</p></li></ul><p><br /><b><u>What You Will Need</u>:</b></p><ul><li><p>Minimum Degree: Bachelors Degree OR FOUR(4) additional years Experience in Lieu of Degree.</p></li><li><p>Minimum TWO (2) years proven experience in manual testing, preferably in healthcare or related industries.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.</p></li><li><p>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.</p></li><li><p>Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.</p></li></ul><p><br /><b><u>What Would Be Nice To Have</u>:</b></p><ul><li><p>Familiarity with VA Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Data analysis ability </p></li></ul><p></p><p></p>The annual salary range for this position is $53,000.00-$88,000.00.
