Your day will involve driving innovation in power infrastructure, promoting sustainable and efficient energy solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge technologies for digital substations and advanced grid management systems.


How You’ll Make an Impact


  • Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with the Sales team to shape and define offerings and services for customers, leveraging your expertise to evaluate and develop new opportunities.
  • Support Proposal Development: Actively engage with the Grid Automation bid team during the proposal process to ensure competitive and customer-focused solutions.
  • Drive Strategy & Growth: Serve as a central point for developing strategies, understanding customer requirements, and delivering innovative solutions to expand the Grid Automation business.
  • Engage with Stakeholders: Interact with customers, regulators, and industry experts to identify needs and address challenges through our portfolio of solutions.
  • Provide Market Insights: Share feedback with Product Management and R&D teams on market trends and customer requirements to influence product development in digitalization, automation, and electrification.
  • Deliver Results: Apply strong analytical skills and a results-oriented approach to propose suitable solutions and present compelling arguments that drive success.

What You Bring


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: 8+ years in Program Management, Product Development, or Engineering within the solutions business.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Protection & Control, Digital Substations, and Power Automation; familiarity with the product offering landscape is a plus.
  • Leadership & Strategic Skills: Proven ability to lead, drive results, and create solutions that grow the business while building long-term organizational success.
  • Global & Interpersonal Skills: Strong intercultural sensitivity, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in English; ability to collaborate effectively with global customers and partners.
  • Flexibility & Mindset: Analytical and strategic thinker with problem-solving skills, eager to implement innovative solutions; willingness to travel up to 40%.
