Marketing assistance (CRM, PR and Online)

Work Location: Wimbledon, London

Job Type: Fixed-term Contract, Full-time

Salary: £10.85 - £12.71 per hour

Mission: In this role, you will work closely with the CRM manager and collaborate with the PR & Content Manager and Online Manager to support the execution of key marketing initiatives. You will be involved in a range of activities, including campaign and promotion management, reporting, public relations, community engagement, event coordination, and content creation. Your contributions will be essential in helping the team drive brand awareness and achieve marketing objectives across various channels.

Desired profile: The candidate must still be enrolled in university for their placement year who will ideally have interest and some experience in content writing/marketing, excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills and be IT literate.

Role and Responsibilities:

CRM

  • Create weekly marketing emails for clients for 4 markets, Trade travel partners and Meeting and events partners
  • Uploading of emails to Email Sending Platform (ESP)
  • Monthly analysis and compilation of CRM campaigns for B2C and B2B campaigns using Lookerstudio and salesforce Pardot
  • Assist with setting up CRM workflows and the delivery of emails to clients, indirect partners, and prospects
  • Creation of campaigns for big sales and promotions

Social Media

  • Responsible for Club Med UK organic social media, for B2C, supporting the business plan and objectives.
  • Creation of visual assets and copywriting.

PR

  • Support in Individual Media Visits (sending journalists to Resorts), working closely with the PR agency and internal teams. Liaise with Head Office in Paris, press contacts, transport teams and call-centre.
  • Maintain accurate records, files and budgets.

About You:

  • You MUST be an undergraduate returning to full-time education after the internship.
  • You are studying towards a degree related to the role e.g., Marketing, Digital or Business
  • Must have good creative writing skills for campaigns
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • IT literate and quick learner of new tools and its functionalities
  • Have a passion for marketing and digital
  • Have interest in the travel industry
  • Able to work in our London Wimbledon office 3 days minimum, with hybrid home working(optional)

Education : A-Level or equivalent (required)
