Ready for a career glow up? As Marketing Associate, Email Operations, you'll be the driving force behind executing Sephora's email campaigns that connect with millions of beauty lovers. The work you do will impact beauty, as you bring compelling campaigns to life across our owned-outbound channels. What You'll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end execution of email campaigns, managing all aspects of campaign production from proofing, testing, and QA to ensure accurate and error-free deployment
  • Champion quality and accuracy by implementing rigorous testing and QA processes to ensure error-free campaigns across all devices and platforms, maintaining the highest standards of client communication
  • Collaborate effectively across teams, partnering closely with internal stakeholders in Retention Marketing, Email Development, Merchandising, Promotional Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, CRM, and Creative to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Support expansion and growth of best-in-class email channel by testing and validating new tools and use cases, partnering with the Email Development team and vendors to unlock innovative capabilities

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years of production e-commerce experience with a focus on email and mobile digital marketing, ideally within a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment
  • Strong technical expertise with email deployment platforms (such as Epsilon, Braze, Bluecore, Salesforce, or similar), CMS platforms, and working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skills, high sense of urgency, and ability to multi-task while managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written, grammatical, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate across all teams

What You’ll Get:

The annual base salary range for this position is $77,000.00 - $86,800.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
