Success Recruit are currently working with a leading supplier with offices based in Suffolk & Witham, Essex providing a high-end service to the Construction Industry. The Company is in search of a Marketing Content Specialist to join their growing and fast-paced team.

The successful candidate will become an integral member of the marketing team combining experience within content creation, digital marketing, campaign coordination, and agency management, ensuring all marketing communications are engaging, accurate, compliant, and aligned with agreed commercial and brand objectives.

The successful Marketing Content Specialist expectations:

  • Ideally hold a degree in Digital Marketing / Marketing / Communication Management / Business Administration or a related field

  • 3years+ experience within a digital marketing, campaign coordination, content writing & tracking of ROI

  • Experience using salesforce, Pardot or similar marketing automation platforms

  • Driving license & car is essential.

  • Willingness to travel to Belgium for meetings & training on occasion

Job Specification

Purpose of the role:

The Marketing Content Specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial, and Technical teams, as well as external Advertising and PR agencies. The Marketing Content Specialist will manage agreed pipelines of work from briefing through to internal review, approval, and publication. The role also includes supporting with campaign delivery, advertising schedules, and internal communications.

Duties to include but not limited to…

  • Develop, write, edit, and refine high-quality, engaging content across digital, print, advertising, and PR channels.

  • Produce clear, accurate, and compliant written content for website, email marketing, social media platforms, advertising and promotional materials and press releases, case studies.

  • Translate technical and product information into clear, customer-focused messaging while maintaining regulatory accuracy

  • Oversee the end-to-end development, review, and updating of marketing and sales materials, including technical brochures, product leaflets, digital and print advertising, point of sale / promotions

  • Advise on and coordinate visual content requirements, including imagery, illustrations, diagrams, and technical drawings, working with designers and agencies where required

  • Write and adapt social media copy to support brand awareness, campaigns, and engagement, briefing or producing supporting visual assets in line with brand guidelines.

  • Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels.

  • Ensure digital activity aligns with wider advertising, PR, and brand strategies.

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with advertising and PR agencies, working against agreed content and campaign pipelines.

  • Prepare clear briefs, coordinate feedback, and ensure content is reviewed, amended, and approved by internal stakeholders prior to release.

  • Coordinate annual advertising plans, ensuring digital and print adverts are delivered on time, within budget, and meet media deadlines.

  • Liaise with publishers, trade media, and industry platforms to manage advert placements, editorials, and press submissions.

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance and ROI, using data and insights to assess effectiveness and inform future activity.

  • Conduct market and competitor research to monitor industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity.
