Guided by our core values of concern, creativity, passion and the pursuit of perfection, we are inspired and empowered to reach higher, unlock our full potential and be truly extraordinary.</p></div><h1>Responsibilities</h1> <p>We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and drive the marketing initiatives for our current and expanding portfolio of communities in <strong>South/West Florida</strong>.  You’ll bring your passion for marketing, apartment living, and in-depth knowledge of local markets to the table every day.  With a keen understanding of customer behavior, you’re dedicated to crafting exceptional experiences that delight both residents and prospects alike.   <em><strong>This position will be performed remotely, with the incumbent working on the West Coast area of Florida.</strong></em></p> <p></p> <p><strong>As Marketing Manager, your primary responsibilities include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute impactful marketing plans that drive lead generation and contribute to the creation of extraordinary experiences to support customer acquisition and retention goals.</li> <li>Actively monitor the lead generation performance for each property, ensuring efforts stay within budget while upholding Bozzuto’s high standards of quality and excellence.</li> <li>Collaborate with operations teams to implement marketing strategies that position the community as a sought-after destination for people seeking engaging and enriching living experiences.</li> <li>Produce and deliver comprehensive, timely marketing performance reports to external and internal stakeholders that clearly communicate program effectiveness, performance benchmarks, and opportunities.</li> <li>Leverage deep market knowledge to differentiate the community and Bozzuto from competitors, ensuring both lead generation and customer experiences set us apart in the marketplace.</li> <li>Guide the agency selection process and provide creative direction throughout branding process to develop original positioning, visual identity, and digital strategies that distinguish each property from competitors.</li> <li>Ensure brand consistency by overseeing the creation and upkeep of brand standards across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency of messaging, design and tone across all property websites, social media, advertising and all other marketing materials.</li> <li>Analyze data to effectively understand performance and use findings to drive optimization, identify emerging trends and adjust strategies to improve results. Evaluate return on marketing investment (ROMI) to ensure marketing spend is both effective and efficient.</li> <li>Support the development and activation of Bozzuto-wide global initiatives, contributing to the growth and success of the broader organization.</li> </ul> <h1><strong>What You Bring To Us</strong></h1> <ul> <li>Previous marketing experience in the multifamily real estate industry, preferably in the South/West Florida markets. Ability to manage working remotely while being able to travel within the assigned portfolio markets. Minimum of 5 years’ experience.</li> <li><em><strong>This position will be performed remotely, with the incumbent working on the West Coast area of Florida</strong></em></li> <li>Previous experience with a working understanding of: paid search engine marketing, Google Analytics (GA4), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) reporting, email marketing, social media, and local apartment internet listing sites.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate ideas both in writing and through presentations.</li> <li>Expertise in launching marketing plans and advertising campaigns.</li> <li>Expertise in managing marketing planning and activation from start to finish.</li> <li>Proven success in managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.</li> <li>Creative problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills.</li> <li>Time management, organization and attention to detail.</li> <li>Eager to contribute to a large, collaborative team while also thriving as a self-sufficient, proactive individual.</li> <li>Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or other creative programs is a plus.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$85,000</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$110,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="jobdesc">When you join Bozzuto, you're not just accepting a job; you are becoming part of a community that cares about your overall well-being and professional growth.
