<p> Netflix is pursuing consumer products because we believe it will drive meaningful show awareness/buzz with more tangible, curated ways to interact with our most popular content and in effect, drive long-term revenue. We want licensed merchandise to help promote our titles and build them into franchises so they become part of the zeitgeist for long periods of time.<br /> Mission<br /> We're seeking a dynamic Consumer Products Marketing lead for the DACH region with a hybrid focus: you will primarily drive and execute innovative retail marketing campaigns and activations in DACH, while also leading the localization and rollout of global and regional campaigns. You will ensure all activities are tailored for maximum impact, commercially aligned, and consistent with Netflix's broader campaign strategy, helping bring Netflix stories to life at retail and ensuring our campaigns resonate with DACH fans, partners, and audiences.<br /> In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of major DACH brands and retailers such as Müller, C&A, Deichmann, Edeka, dm-drogerie Markt, and Amazon to deliver best-in-class, commercially effective campaigns. You will partner closely with the local Consumer Products team and cross-functional stakeholders to align all initiatives with Netflix's global and regional strategy.<br /> <br /> Responsibilities:<br /> Retail Marketing (Primary Focus):<br /> • Lead end-to-end retail marketing campaigns and activations for Consumer Products in DACH, in cooperation with the commercial team to support sales and revenue goals.<br /> • Define and execute the optimal 360° marketing and media mix (in-store, e-commerce, social commerce, launch events) across mass and specialty accounts.<br /> • Collaborate with retailers, licensees, agencies, and internal teams to develop, integrate, and amplify retail-specific and cross-market initiatives.<br /> • Drive digital and social campaigns (custom content, influencers, SEO, display, sponsored products) to increase engagement and sales.<br /> • Oversee complex, end-to-end project lifecycles - from strategic planning to hands-on delivery - managing multiple initiatives and the retail marketing budget in a fast-paced environment.<br /> • Champion the marketing strategy, using insights on retail trends, consumer behavior, and performance data to drive continuous improvement and innovation.<br /> Localisation of brand campaigns:<br /> • Lead the adaptation and rollout of global and regional marketing campaigns for the DACH market, ensuring all assets and messaging are locally relevant and impactful.<br /> • Collaborate with global and regional teams to integrate DACH-specific insights and opportunities into campaign planning and execution.<br /> • Coordinate with cross-functional partners to amplify global campaigns and drive local engagement.<br /> • Ensure consistency with Netflix brand guidelines and campaign objectives while tailoring execution for the DACH audience.<br /> Qualifications:<br /> • 10+ years of marketing experience in consumer products and/or retail-related industries within DACH.<br /> • Deep understanding of mass, specialty, e-commerce, and licensing account strategies, with a strong network across the DACH retail and licensing landscape.<br /> • Proven commercial acumen, connecting marketing activations to retail negotiations, shopper marketing, in-store activations, promotions, and sales objectives.<br /> • Strong expertise in 360 marketing campaigns.<br /> • Excellent project management, organizational, and relationship-building skills; able to manage multiple complex initiatives and deadlines with high attention to detail.<br /> • High flexibility to travel within Germany (and occasionally across EMEA).<br /> • Fluent in English and German (both mandatory).<br /> Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates.
