About the position

THE POSITION Our roster has an opening with your name on it FanDuel is currently looking for an Associate to help support the Paid Search & Affiliate Marketing operations within our Digital Media team. You will play a key role in executing our Paid Search & Affiliate strategy to acquire new customers efficiently and effectively in a competitive market. This role will collaborate with multiple marketing teams within FanDuel including, but not limited to, Acquisition & Investment, Integrated Campaign Marketing, Creative Operations, Media Operations, Commercial, Analytics, and Data Science. This is an exciting opportunity to help elevate new user acquisition marketing initiatives at a premier gaming company. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs. THE GAME PLAN Everyone on our team has a part to play ● Support the team in day-to-day execution and optimization of various Paid Search campaigns across the FanDuel Group business lines ● Assist in generating inputs and insights for interval reporting such as daily and weekly performance, competitive landscape, creative and various project updates ● Work cross-functionally with Analytics, Media Ops, Integrated Campaign Marketing and Acquisition teams on campaign development and execution ● Work with Manager to oversee the successful implementation and quality assurance of campaigns ● Support the team throughout the creative request process, from initial request to receiving & trafficking assets ● Coordinate with external partners on day-to-day needs and deliverable management ● Support budgeting, invoicing, reconciliations, and partner authorizations ● Facilitate ad-hoc requests as needed THE STATS What we're looking for in our next teammate ● Minimum of 1+ years of experience managing and executing Paid Search channels (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads). App experience preferred ● Experience and/or interest in learning the Affiliate Marketing space ● Experience working with performance marketing and media metrics (CPC, CTR, CPI, CPA, & LTV) and understanding of the utilization and relationship between them ● Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing role ● Analytically driven with base understanding of underlying data and methodologies used to inform decision making and drive performance management ● Comfortable working on concurrent projects in an ever-evolving, fast-paced landscape ● Adequate knowledge of the Media landscape, specifically Paid Search and Affiliate Marketing ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Ability to interface with a wide range of internal teams and ability to build strong relationships internally and externally ● Meticulous attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, project management skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize ● Knowledge and understanding of the business and culture of sports and gaming preferred ● Experience working across multiple businesses within a larger corporate structure is preferred ● Advanced excel skills preferred ● Don’t check all the boxes? The applicable hourly range for this position is \$ 35.10-\$43.75 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand.
