<p><strong>Medical Assembler - Weekly Pay!!</strong><p><u>Weekday Night Shift: Monday-Thursday; 7:30pm - 6:00am; $18.40/hr</u><p><u>Weekend Day Shift: Friday-Sunday; 6:00am - 6:30pm; $17.60/hr</u><p><strong>Job Description</strong><p>I am seeking motivated candidates to join our client's team of Medical Assemblers, where you will produce Bioprocess Containers in a cleanroom environment. You will play a crucial role in our production process by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction Documents (WID), and blueprints to ensure high-quality manufacturing.<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manufacture, operate machinery, assemble tubing and connectors, package, and inspect products according to blueprints and manufacturing drawings.</li><li>Use tools and equipment such as computers, calculators, measuring tools, assembly hand tools, Bioprocess Container machinery, and pallet jacks.</li><li>Follow all safety requirements and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).</li><li>Ensure product quality by cooperating with upstream and downstream stations for mutual inspection, finding and correcting quality errors, and recording and reporting problems promptly.</li><li>Accurately document tasks in the Production Control Documents (PCD) as they are performed.</li><li>Participate in Practical Process Improvements (PPI), Lean, and Continuous Improvement activities, including 5S activities.</li><li>Work effectively as part of a team in the manufacturing process, assisting with training and mentoring co-workers.</li><li>Focus on personal development through timely and proactive completion of training.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in general production, assembly, and packaging.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings.</li><li>Proficiency in using hand tools and various production equipment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required.</li><li>Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to cleanroom PPE standards.</li><li>Capable of standing for the majority of the shift and performing repetitive tasks.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Work Here?</strong><p>This is a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity, with potential for conversion to a permanent position based on performance.
