We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Medical Scribe to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will work closely with healthcare providers to document patient encounters in real time, ensuring accurate and timely medical records. 🔍 Key Responsibilities
• Accurately document patient history, physical exams, assessments, and treatment plans during live clinical visits
• Transcribe verbal notes and update electronic health records (EHR) with precision
• Review and edit medical documents for completeness and consistency
• Assist with coding and billing documentation under provider guidance
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to streamline documentation processes
• Track and manage patient follow-ups, referrals, and test results as needed
🎯 Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related field preferred)
• Prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus
