Job Description Exciting opportunity at MSK: Join the Prostate Cancer Clinical Trials Consortium (PCCTC) as anAnalyst, Business Operations! We’re looking for a dynamic professional to provide financial and operations support to the Business Operations, Clinical Operations, Data Science and Clinical Data Management teams. Role Overview: Support PCCTC Associate Director, Business Operations with financial administrative initiatives including accounts payables and expense reports via portal modules and PCCTC internal tracking tools. Enter correct financial information into data collection tools (e.g., tracking logs, scheduling systems) and applicable systems, ensuring data is accurate, complete, and in full compliance with all PCCTC policies for assigned financial documents such as invoices and reimbursements. Communicate effectively to answer inquiries from research institutions, vendors, and PCCTC employees. Facilitate the management of projects and project timelines, present recommendations and disseminate appropriate information. Support PCCTC Associate Director, Business Operations and the Director, PCCTC Business Development & Operation in collaboration with PCCTC, LLC leadership, coordinate various administrative aspects of business operations. Key Qualifications: 2 years of experience in finance or business operations. Core Skills: Decision-making and proven success at making timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward. Excellent organizational skill and successful at managing projects with strict deadlines. Commitment to accuracy, attention-to-detail and ability to multi-task and work independently. Outstanding communication skills and ability to resolve how to best reach different audiences. Flexibility in approach and demeanor in order to align with the shifting demands of evolving circumstances. Exceptional collaboration skills and ability to develop relationships with study sites and within the PCCTC's organizational levels.
