Your attention to detail and coordination skills directly support our borrowers, internal teams, and settlement partners. This role is a great opportunity to grow your mortgage operations expertise in a collaborative, supportive environment.</p> <p></p><p><br></p><b>In this role you'll</b><ul><li>Support the accurate and timely closing of residential loan applications through administrative and operational assistance.</li><li>Validate basic loan data and fees to help prepare accurate Closing Disclosures under supervision.</li><li>Enter and verify loan information in Encompass to support closing preparation and funding timelines.</li><li>Assemble and transmit complete closing document packages to settlement agents as directed.</li><li>Review closing documents for completeness, confirming required signatures, dates, and accuracy.</li><li>Communicate professionally with internal partners and settlement agents to resolve missing or incorrect documentation.</li><li>Track, obtain, and clear outstanding conditions to support timely loan funding and closing.</li><li>Perform routine administrative tasks related to loan closing processes.</li><li>Follow established policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines, escalating issues to senior staff when needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><b>What we're looking for</b><ul><li>You have a High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Required).
