NASCAR Racing Experience provides an opportunity for people to fulfill their dream of driving a real NASCAR Race Car at Talladega Superspeedway. Our goal for every participant is to make their experience the memory of a lifetime. To do this, we need people that love what they do and to be just excited as our customers.

The Event Staff position duties may include but are not limited to, assisting guests with helmets, buckling customers into race cars, taking photos and more.

Some things you should keep in mind before applying:

  • You will be working track side at Talladega Superspeedway with NASCAR Racing Experience.
  • We need people that are 18 years of age and older,
  • Enjoy working outdoors
  • Positive attitude while working with the public.
  • Position is Seasonal and mostly on weekends
  • Training is provided, no previous experience is required.
