<b>Description</b> <br><br>The National Virtual Field Reimbursement Manager (NFRM) will be responsible for the oversight of the Virtual Reimbursement team's performance & strategy. The NFRMs are responsible for market development and implementation of the coverage and reimbursement strategy that will maximize patient access within an assigned geographic area.<br><br><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br><ul><li>Integrate with client leadership and collaborate across multi-functional teams to ensure collaborative approach to support FRM success.</li><li>Direct oversight of Field Reimbursement Managers - recruit, interview, hire, and monitor team performance</li><li>Provide Reimbursement (coding, coverage any payment policy) coaching expertise on manufacturer products in all places of service</li><li>Ensure team provides reimbursement education to physician offices throughout the access journey</li><li>Ensure team follows client rules of engagement, delivers on Management By Objectives/metrics, and provides a high customer satisfaction experience</li><li>Monitor team performance submit timely coaching reports</li><li>Educate direct reports on how to navigate & educate on required reimbursement models by utilizing an in-depth understanding of Utilization Management criteria for both commercial and government payers, Assignment of Benefits and Medicare Part B or D options for reimbursement</li><li>Provide coaching to assigned team of Virtual Field Reimbursement Managers to ensure patient access and achievement of MBOs</li><li>Identify prospective opportunity or coverage issue and communicate to your team and internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to HUB/Call Center, Market Access, Sales, and other field partners.</li><li>Participate in special projects and perform other duties, as required</li></ul><br><strong>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred</li><li>Minimum of 5 years in reimbursement or sales supporting a specialty product</li><li>Minimum of 1 years in management capacity required, previous market access management experience preferred</li><li>Experience working with a patient centric HUB</li></ul><br><br> At Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
