Roadside Protect is a strong provider of towing and roadside administration services in the U.S. and Canada, and we are committed to delivering an excellent emergency roadside assistance experience for our customers. By connecting both companies, Roadside Protect's deep regional industry knowledge is brought together with Bosch’s technology and service expertise, and global service setup.<br> <br> <strong>Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.  Future sponsorship for work authorization unavailable. </strong></p></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-jobDescription"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Job Description</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="responsibilities"><p>The Network Territory Manager reports to the Director of Product & Partner Management for the Roadside Protect business unit. As the Network Territory Manager, you will grow and manage contractor relationships to ensure delivery of roadside assistance services that meets quality and financial targets. Assigned territory will be East. </p><p>The position is remote but candidate must reside within the assigned territory (preferably near a metropolitan area) and will be expected to visit the corporate office on an as needed basis. This role will require frequent travel throughout the assigned territory.<br> <br> <strong>Position Responsibilities </strong>(In detail, the general tasks, and objectives of this position are):</p><ul><li>Manages adherence to territory plan for service provider 1) performance metrics such as acceptance/arrival time/customer experience 2) claims cost 3) in-network dispatch growth.</li><li>Performs market bids to optimize markets with the best combination of price and performance. </li><li>Handles contracting and on-boarding of successful towing and roadside assistance candidates post management approval.</li><li>Investigates and works to resolve complaint and damage cases stemming from territory activity. </li><li>Inspects towing facilities and equipment as needed to ensure compliance with contract.</li><li>Utilizes current tools and processes to recruit towing and roadside assistance companies to ensure assigned territory is prepared to respond to service requests in order to meet/exceed business standards.</li><li>Analyzes performance gaps and service issues and reports findings to management, taking independent action as appropriate.</li><li>Interacts with business to investigate and make decisions to resolve any billing disputes with a contracted facility.</li><li>Attends towing association meetings, trade shows, etc., to maintain a positive working relationship with the towing industry.</li><li>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required.  Duties, activities, and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice to meet the needs of the business.</li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.</li><li>5+ years’ experience in account or vendor management, business consultation, business ownership role, fleet supervisory role that includes working with vendors/service providers/drivers.</li><li>5+ years’ experience working with and managing independent towing and roadside assistance companies in a contracted environment.</li><li>Experience in rate negotiation.</li><li>Experience in territory management. </li><li>Experience in complaint and damage handling.</li><li>Valid driver’s license and good driving record.</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel as required for various needs and industry events.</li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"><p>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.<br> <br> <strong>Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.  Future sponsorship for work authorization unavailable. </strong></p></div></section><li class="job-detail">Legal Entity: Bosch Service Solutions North America LLC</li>
