Staff Nurse (Nights) – Stoke-on-Trent

£22.90 per hour | 7pm–7am | Avg. 30 hours/week
Shift pattern: Week 1- 3 nights | Week 2 - 2 nights | Alternate weekends

Tired of being left to handle it all? In this role, you won’t be.

You’ll work Nights with real support on hand, clear clinical routines, and a settled team — so shifts feel calmer, safer, and more manageable.

What makes this night team different?

This isn’t a “different faces every week” setup. The night team is consistent, they know the residents and each other, and the shift runs to a clear routine — meaning fewer surprises, stronger handovers, and less time spent fixing avoidable issues.

“Nights feel organised here — proper handovers, a consistent team, and you’re not left to manage everything alone.” - Current Nurse
