We are looking for a motivated and organised office administrator to be part of our team.

Responsibilities include

Customer liaison

o Scheduling Deliveries, Booking Transport and despatch goods.

o Update customers on delivery dates.

o Maintain orders emails and respond to order enquiries.

o Liase with production team as to when the goods will be ready for despatch

o Input customer purchase orders on system via the orders email

Online orders

o Check and despatch daily any online orders from ebay or square

o Deal with any questions of enquiries

Stock Control

o Input daily production sheets from manufacturing

o Receive daily stock takes from the warehouse Staff and check system stocks are correct.

o Maintain the active products list and add new products as/ when needed.

Health and safety/ Staff and HR

o Keep up to date all aspects of the company’s health and safety including (i.e. risk assessments, fire policy, machinery maintenance) by either updating them or appointing the relevant person to do so.

o Ensure all staff are up to date with their staff training and organise any further training required with the relevant people. Update and maintain the staff training matrix.

o Keep up to date with new policies/ procedures and update employee handbook and employee contracts as and when needed.

Other Duties

o Maintain office supplies stock levels.

o Record via spreadsheet any annual renewals (i.e. - insurance, electrical, fire alarms etc) and update company director.

o Manage and maintain digital filling system.

Essential skills

  • Sage 50 accounts (2 years minimum) used within past 6 months.
  • Word, excel.
  • Outlook.
  • Organisation.

Normal working hours are Mon-Thurs (08:00 - 16:45), Fri (08:00 - 15:15)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 39.75 per week

Experience:

  • Sage 50 Accounting: 2 years (required)
