About Us:
We are a growing company looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their career in administration and sales who is eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact.

This is a 5-day-a-week position from Monday to Saturday, with Sunday and another day of the week off.

Timings will be from 9 am to 5.30pm

Our office is based a 8 minutes away from North Acton Station (Central Line) and 15 minutes walk from Willesden Junction (Overground & Bakerloo Line)

Role Overview:
As an Office Administrator & Sales Support, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive excellent service at all times. You will also work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities to increase sales and support day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person
  • Support the sales team in managing client relationships and follow-ups
  • Assist with preparing quotes, invoices, and sales documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and update client databases
  • Help identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales growth
  • Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations
