<strong>Exciting Opportunity: Office & Personal Assistant to a Prestigious Family Home<br><br></strong>Are you looking for a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same? Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Support & Personal Assistant to work at the heart of a successful family home. This dynamic role combines office management with personal support, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and is ready to take on a wide range of responsibilities.<br><br><strong>Hours:</strong> Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm<br><br><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> £23- £25 per hour<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Office & Administrative Support: Manage phone calls, post, filing, and deliveries. Assist with contractors and renewals (insurance, utilities), and handle tech issues.</li><li>Event Coordination: Organise and manage events (weddings, conferences, family gatherings), including bookings, RSVPs, and logistics.</li><li>Household & Family Management: Coordinate family calendars, arrange travel, book appointments, and run errands. Help with school admin, pet care, and personal tasks.</li><li>Financial & Vendor Management: Assist with budgeting, expenses, liaising with accountants, and managing suppliers and contractors.</li><li>Special Projects: Support with household moves, home improvements, and family events.
