Mission:Join the Club Med Digital team in our UK office and play a vital role in driving our digital presence across the UK, Ireland, and Nordic markets. You’ll support all aspects of the digital mix — from website management and multi-region marketing campaigns to performance reporting. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a premium global travel brand and make a tangible impact across multiple key European territories.

Desired profile:You’re a university student with a strong interest in digital marketing, content, and e-commerce. You’re organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable using digital tools. Some marketing experience is ideal, but what really matters is your initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn. Full training on analytics and web tools will be provided.

Role and Responsibilities:

Website management:

  • Support the Online Marketing Manager in managing and maintaining the website portfolio for the UK, Ireland, and Nordic regions.
  • Ensure all product, pricing, and offer information is accurate and up to date across pages (homepage, landing pages, resort pages, etc.).
  • Upload, create, and update content via the CMS (including new pages and blogs).
  • Optimise site content according to SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with the design team to plan and develop landing pages, layouts, and visuals.
  • Assist in website performance analysis and proactively suggest improvements to enhance the user journey.

Digital Marketing:

  • Support the execution of the digital marketing strategy specifically for the UK, Ireland, and Nordic markets.
  • Contribute to the briefing and coordination of PPC, Display, and Paid Social campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, analysing key KPIs across digital channels.

Reporting:

  • Maintain and update campaign reporting dashboards.
  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Conduct analysis on campaign performance, web traffic, and sales trends.
  • Help build a centralised archive of digital campaigns and performance data.

Handle ad hoc web-related projects:

  • Support website optimisation initiatives (e.g. pre-registration or promotional pages).
  • Contribute to online PR, influencer, or partnership opportunities related to UK, Ireland, and Nordic markets.
  • Take ownership of smaller digital projects as assigned.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Well-organised, enthusiastic, and confident with a proactive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CMS platforms and web tools is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience or coursework in marketing, digital, or e-commerce is a plus.
